One accountable team
You get named engineers and a named lead architect in a hub in your region — not a queue, not a pool, not a partner company wearing our badge.
ABOUT & SECURITY
Omega Cloud runs mission-critical cloud, network, security and voice infrastructure for organisations where downtime has clinical, financial or regulatory consequences. Three hubs — London, Sofia and Singapore — cover Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia around the clock, staffed by the same engineers who designed what they support.
WHO WE ARE
Omega Cloud builds and operates the infrastructure other companies cannot afford to have go wrong — hospital networks, hotel property systems, university portals and regulated enterprise estates across Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
There is no sales layer between you and the people who do the work. The architect who reviews your environment on the first call is the architect who signs off the design, and the engineers who build it are the engineers who answer the phone at 03:00. Nothing is subcontracted to a partner network or handed to an offshore queue.
We work from three hubs so that somebody senior is awake in every timezone we sell into. Each hub holds full root access, full context and the authority to act, which is why a P1 never waits for a morning handover. London covers the UK and EU estate, Sofia runs European engineering and network operations, and Singapore holds the APAC desk.
Everything below follows from that structure rather than from a marketing position. If we can promise a fifteen-minute response or a named engineer, it is because the company is built to deliver it, not because it reads well in a proposal.
WHY CLIENTS CHOOSE US
Six services, one accountable team, one SLA. Here is the plain reason clients pick us for each of them.
We are platform-neutral, so the design follows your workload instead of a reseller quota. We hold partner status across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and OVHcloud and we run private estates too — which means we can tell you honestly when the cheapest answer is not the public cloud at all. Most new clients see a double-digit percentage cut in monthly spend in the first quarter, simply because someone finally sized the estate against its real load curve.
Our auditors are the same engineers who build and run production systems, so every finding arrives with a fix that works in your environment — not a generic report you have to translate before anyone can act on it. We work natively in GDPR, PDPL and Southeast Asian sovereignty law, and we write the attestation your regulator, your board and your cyber insurer will actually accept.
No bots, no scripted first line, no triage theatre. Calls are answered by tier-2 and tier-3 engineers who hold root access and already know your architecture. P1 first response is under fifteen minutes as a contractual commitment, and the follow-the-sun rota across three hubs is what makes that true at 04:00 on a Sunday as well as at 14:00 on a Tuesday.
We sell no licences and take no vendor commission, so nothing rides on your choosing a particular product. And because we operate what we recommend, we stay accountable for the roadmap after it is signed — a consultancy that never runs the outcome never finds out what its own advice cost you.
Patching, backups, monitoring and hardware lifecycle are unglamorous right up until they are the incident. We run them on a documented schedule with restores that are tested rather than assumed, and every change is ticket-bound and logged so an auditor can reconstruct who touched what, and when, months later.
Voice is where most managed IT providers quietly subcontract. We own the SIP layer ourselves — trunking, PBX, call recording and retention — so a call-quality problem is diagnosed against the same network we already manage, by the team that manages it, with no carrier finger-pointing in between.
TRUE OF EVERY ENGAGEMENT
You get named engineers and a named lead architect in a hub in your region — not a queue, not a pool, not a partner company wearing our badge.
Audits and migrations are quoted with a written scope and timeline. If we misjudge the effort, that is our problem to absorb rather than your change request.
Region pinning is enforced technically, not promised in a PDF. Moving data across regions requires your written authorisation, system by system.
Engineer access to your environment is time-boxed, ticket-bound and logged. We hold no standing administrative credentials in your estate.

Engineer access to client environments is time-boxed, ticket-bound, and logged. Standing administrative credentials are not issued.

A current list of subprocessors per region is maintained and shared with enterprise clients under NDA.

Most relationships here begin with an infrastructure audit: a fixed-price, fixed-timeline review that maps your estate, compliance posture and SLA gaps before anything changes. You keep the document whether or not you continue with us.
